4.Ishallestablishaclearlyunderstoodsetofrulesformyslave,andIshallenforcetheminafirmbutresponsiblemanner.Theseruleswillbeforhisprotectionaswellashisdiscipline,andwill-tothebestofmyability-foreseeeveryeventualityandcontrolthemostminuteaspectofhisbehavior.
